Full ownership of a 100+ data center portfolio
Brooksource fully owned the management and support of 100+ data centers, including legacy sites, co-location facilities, and the stand-up of new locations. Nine separate consulting teams of 15 technicians each — every team led by a Brooksource Team Lead — were engaged, along with a Project Manager and three Area Leads providing high-level advisory and management support.

The client needed to decommission multiple data center sites ahead of a major environment modernization, but internal bandwidth and budget constraints limited its ability to allocate resources or attract new talent.
